Cómo utilizar adecuadamente un martillo

Para utilizar un martillo de forma adecuada, deberemos:

1. Tomar un martillo por el mango (no es aconsejable hacerlo por la cabeza, en este caso)
2. Elevar ligeramente el martillo por encima de nuestro hombro
3. Dejarlo caer
